Our service menu has three main parts: roadwork, drainage, and concrete. Each has a distinct role in a construction package, and the connections between them matter.
Roadway improvements can sit alongside new drainage features. Sidewalk and curb work can be part of the same corridor. We welcome inquiries that describe one service or bring those connected elements together. The starting point is the work you need considered and the documents that define it.

Chief Executive Officer · Project Manager
Fabio Visintin
Fabio serves as CEO and Project Manager of V&H Construction, Inc., providing overall leadership while remaining directly involved in project execution. He oversees construction operations, project planning, estimating, field coordination, scheduling, and client relationships, with a focus on roadway, drainage, underground utility, concrete, and site-development projects.

Maria Villena
Maria serves as a Project Manager for V&H Construction, Inc., coordinating projects from preconstruction through completion. She supports estimating, procurement, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, documentation, cost control, and communication with owners, general contractors, vendors, and field personnel to help keep projects on schedule and within scope.
Business Development
Pietro Simonato
Pietro leads Business Development efforts for V&H Construction, Inc., focusing on building relationships with general contractors, public agencies, developers, and industry partners. He identifies new project opportunities, develops strategic partnerships, supports client outreach, and helps expand V&H’s presence in the roadway, civil infrastructure, underground utility, and site-development markets.

Ilaria L. Cameron
Ilaria serves as Controller and Office Manager for V&H Construction, Inc., overseeing the company’s financial and administrative operations. She manages accounting, financial reporting, payroll coordination, office administration, and internal controls while supporting the management team with the day-to-day financial needs of the company.
