Port Charlotte

Charlotte County Public Works describes its road and stormwater work in unincorporated areas. Use the project documents to identify the responsible authority for your particular site instead of relying on a postal address alone.

Lehigh Acres
Lehigh Acres is home base for V&H Construction. For work here, include the street location, the canal or roadway the project touches, and the party issuing the documents, so we can see how the package fits the surrounding network.
Lehigh Acres is unincorporated Lee County, and its canals and drainage are managed by the Lehigh Acres Municipal Services Improvement District. When a package crosses a canal or ties into a drainage structure, note whose standards the plans follow. Cape Coral
We welcome Cape Coral project inquiries. Identify the street, the swale or canal the work runs beside, and the limits shown in the plans, along with the owner or general contractor inviting the bid.
The City of Cape Coral’s Public Works Department splits this work: its Stormwater Division maintains swales, drainage pipes, catch basins and canals in the public right-of-way, and its Transportation Maintenance programs handle sidewalk installation and bridge maintenance. For a city project, include the project reference so the discussion starts from the right standards.

Naples
For Naples work, share the site address or road section and the limits of construction, and note whether the package includes drainage connections or pedestrian improvements alongside the roadway.
A Naples mailing address can sit inside the City of Naples or in unincorporated Collier County. The City has its own Streets & Stormwater Department, while county sites follow Collier County requirements, so say which jurisdiction your invitation falls under.

North Port
For North Port opportunities, include the street location and the limits shown on the plans, plus any waterway, swale, or drainage structure the work crosses or connects to.
The City of North Port’s Public Works Department includes a Road & Drainage Division. If your documents identify a city project, include its reference and the issuing contact so the discussion starts with the right requirements.

Arcadia
We welcome Arcadia project inquiries. Identify the street or road segment, the construction limits, and who is issuing the documents. If the work is one part of a larger package, describe the portion you want V&H to consider.
Arcadia is the county seat of DeSoto County. The City of Arcadia’s Streets Division maintains city streets, signs, ditches and storm drains, while roads outside city limits belong to county or state agencies, so the project documents are the best guide to whose standards apply.
